Kimono's

Just went for the first time since the new owners took over. Food was very good and plenty of selection. About the same as before. Nice new paint job and very clean and bright inside. We will definitely go back a couple of times a month from now on.

Staff doesnt even ask you for a drink of pop or anything. Pretty lucky if they come around and give you 1 cup of water. Also buffet is slowly stocked and they should be ontop of it.

Right from the minute you walk in, the staff here are very polite. The food is hot and very well cooked as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I Always find it a hit it miss with certain good items. I will say though that sometimes it is the customer service that will have you coming back. The women who works here with the young kids is an absaloutely amazing women. She is so kind and nice. She seen me trying to wipe my kids face and she came and gave me some baby wipes. She also went above and beyond our entire dinner. I always love a great dinner experience with my family and that is exactly what we got. Thanks again.

Kimono's Saves New Year's Eve!Good Food and Good Neighbours.I ordered through a food delivery service which failed spectacularly and refused to deliver the food or refund my money. They did claim the driver returned it to the restaurant, but when I went to pick it up it wasn't there.Kimono's kindly took pity on me made it right even though it was 100% not their fault.I've been going to Kimono's since they opened many years ago, I've always enjoyed the food there. But I was nearly in tears last night because of their kindness. Thank You Kimono's and Happy New Year!

Their food was awesome. Buffet had a lot to choose from. Staff, really friendly. Quiet environment with kids play corner. Perfect for family eat out

Good food, busy place

Great lunch buffet. This was my first time but my aunts and father were here in numerous occasions when they visited my aunt in Welland.

Good place. If you go for lunch its $12.99 and dinner is $16.99. I haven't gone to dinner yet so I dont know if there is different options. For lunch its a great price.. it has all the basics, soups, salads, noodles, meats and desserts. It no mandarin but its good for quick Chinese

Good food and clean

The food is by far the best I've had in the area so far. I would love to see this place renovated, it's a bit outdated and gloomy in there. I couldn't enjoy the great food dining in, always take out for me. The fishtank in the front needed to be drained out and new water added, it's th first thing you see as you walk in, and is a total turn off! Again, like I said - the food is always delish. I would love to see them offer catering trays!
